Sean has lived in Santa Cruz County for over 30 years and founded Rovai Insurance Agency in 1995. An Aptos High graduate, he earned a degree in business economics from UCSC before starting RIA. Sean lives in Aptos with his wife Shelby and their four children, and is an avid surfer. He holds several professional licenses and certifications, and is licensed to transact property and casualty insurance as well as life and health insurance. He is also certified to sell long-term care and Medicare supplements.
